Merry Christmas
Well, we just got back from Christmas vacation with the Faw Family. We had a great time celebrating with the extended Faw family at Grandpa & Grandma's house the Saturday before Christmas, and with the immediate family the rest of the week. It even snowed five inches the last few days we were there. It was beautiful! On the way home, we connected with some friends in Tacoma & Vancouver that were visiting from out of town. It was great to visit with them. The only thing we missed was being able to visit our Vos family.
We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas celebration, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! One of our resolutions is to post more pictures (that's for you, Amanda :) ) So, we'll leave you with a few favorites from our week...

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
It's beginning to look at lot like Christmas at the Vos house! I tried my hand at baking some Christmas goodies this past week. They didn't turn out too badly. :)
Brad surprised me last weekend and we went on an adventure to get our first Christmas tree together. We had a great time going to pick it up, and then decorating it.
The finished producut! Isn't it the cutest tree ever???
My favorite Christmas decoration to put up...
Well, as of 5:00 last night, the fall semester is officially OVER! WOO-HOO!! It is officially Christmas Vacation!! YEAH!!! We are really looking forward to a break, and being able to visit with family and friends over the holiday. Of course, the lack of homework is a big plus, too. :) Hope everyone has a great Christmas!!

Spanish Update
The Vos family went to Spain for a week to celebrate my parents' 35th wedding anniversary (They decided to give a gift to us kids!). We had a great time with my folks and siblings. We flew into Madrid and spent 2 1/2 days there before heading to Barcelona via train & bus for another 2 1/2 days. We flew out from there back home. Here is a collage of some of our Barcelona pictures. The highlights of Barcelona were Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, the beach, and the Olympic Stadiums.
The worst part of the trip was the car ride home. I (Brad) got sick and five minutes from our house I ended up throwing up in the car while driving and had the flu for the next few days. Not such a fun time let me tell you.
I am wrapping up my first unit of CPE (my chaplaincy job) and Steph is finishing up her semester in a couple of weeks.
